Carlos Irwin Estevez (professionally: Charlie Sheen) is an American actor best known for playing Charlie Harper on the CBS sitcom Two and a Half Men.

Sheen launched his career in the early 1970s, going on to appear in films such as The Three Musketeers, The Arrival, and Platoon.

In the 2000s, his starring portrayal of Charlie Crawford in Spin City earned him a Golden Globe Award for Best Actor.

Charlie’s popularity soared with the success of Two and a Half Men. In 2010, he celebrated being the highest-paid actor on television, taking home $1.8 million per episode.

Doug Ellin first revealed that he’d contacted Charlie Sheen for potential collaboration in May 2011. “I called his manager and was told maybe I’d get him,” Doug told TV Guide.

In September 2021, Doug said on The Kyle and Jackie O Show that Sheen would be back ‘in a big way.’ “Charlie is far from dead,” Doug said.

“He is a friend of mine and I think that – I think Charlie will be back soon. Charlie’s gonna be back in a big way.”

“2022 gonna be a barn burner!” Sheen captioned the post. “Can’t wait for 2022,” Ellin replied. Based on that post, we suspect that Charlie and Doug have a show planned for 2022.
