Twisted Metal, a new show based on the video game series, casts Will Arnett to voice the role of Sweet Tooth.
He also voices the character of BoJack Horseman in the series of the same name and Batman in the Lego Movie franchise.
The new show from Peacock is described as a half-hour action-comedy set in a post-apocalyptic world based on an idea from Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick, the writers of Deadpool.
Now, Peacock announces that Arnett will voice Sweet Tooth in Twisted Metal. In the series, the character is a comedic and
ruthless gargantuan man who wears a constantly smiling clown mask while terrorizing "Lost Vegas" in his doomsday ice cream truck.
Peacock's Twisted Metal series is the latest of several video game adaptations, with some such as Arcane earning much critical acclaim.
Arnett is the latest to board the project among other A-list actors such as Anthony Mackie, Thomas Haden Church, Stephanie Beatriz, and Neve Campbell.
viewers can expect good things from Arnett's skilled delivery as a voice actor in the role of Sweet Tooth when Twisted Metal premieres on Peacock.
