According to Variety, ABC has renewed The Conners for season 5. The confirmation comes after the lead actors of The Conners signed new deals, as was reported back in April.

A solid and consistent ratings performer, the spinoff is ABC’s second-highest Wednesday comedy after The Goldbergs.

Two other Wednesday comedies, the rebooted Wonder Years and Home Economics, also received renewals. On the drama front, Big Sky and A Million Little Things will be back for new seasons as well.
