The Maryland State Police said Tuesday that Maxx Geiger has been found unharmed. Christopher Geiger has been taken into custody for a medical evaluation and charges are pending.

Maxx Riley Geiger was last seen April 8 in Carroll County, the police said. He’s described as white; 5 feet, 3 inches tall and 120 pounds.

Maryland State Police told WTOP that Maxx did not show up for school. His mother reported him missing to the police.

He’s believed to be in the company of Christopher Geiger, 35, who is described as a white man, 6 feet tall and 230 pounds.

Early Monday evening, police found a vehicle — a black Jeep Wrangler associated with Christopher Geiger  

in a farmer’s field off of Dorothy Avenue near Carroll Community College. However, both Christopher Geiger and Maxx were not located. 

He’s believed to be in the company of Christopher Geiger, 35, who is described as a white man, 6 feet tall and 230 pounds.
